Can I change the SOL wallet address after signing up the account?

No, you cannot. Once your account is created, your SOL wallet address will be automatically generated and permanently linked to your account.

Why use social login instead of an external wallet?

Because it’s way easier for onboarding. No need to set up a wallet or deal with seed phrases—just log in with Google or Telegram and you’re in. It feels like Web2.

Trading

Can I deposit Solana assets from other wallets or exchanges?

Yes! While Phantom is the most popular Solana wallet, you can also deposit Solana assets from any other self-custodial Solana-compatible wallet—such as Backpack, Jupiter Mobile, OKX Wallet, and Binance Wallet—or directly from Centralized Exchanges (CEXs) like Binance, OKX, and Bybit.

Do I need SOL in my wallet?

Yes. Apart from our gas-abstracted trading, other interactions will require a small amount of SOL to cover blockchain gas fees, such as withdrawing assets to external wallets or trading in Limit Order.

Are there any fees for trading on Oracler?

The platform charges a small transaction fee of 0.5% for all trades, except when trading ORACLER, which is 0%. Also, a 3% fee applies to all withdrawals from your Oracler AI smart account to external wallets.

What are the benefits of referrals?

Referrers earn up to 40% of their network's trading fees, while referees enjoy a 10% fee rebate during the trading season after sign-up.

Are my assets safe if my Telegram is compromised?

Security is our priority, and Oracler is implementing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of protection. Meanwhile, take these steps to secure your Telegram account:

  • Enable Two-Step Verification in Telegram settings.

  • Use a strong, unique password.

  • Be cautious of phishing links and never share your credentials.

  • Regularly check active sessions and log out of any unrecognized devices

How can I recover my Oracler wallet if I lose access to Telegram?

During account, make sure to bind your Google Account (Gmail) to your Oracler account. If you ever lose access to Telegram, you can recover your wallet by logging in using Google Account.

Same applied for the opposite case, if you lose access to Google Account, you can recover your wallet by logging in using Telegram.
